i really want to do this one………. i get tired just watching though… feel like i’ll have a heart attack or something. i smoke too much. i don’t know if this is a good idea for me.

Don’t you think, you’ll get more out of Burpees instead of Mountain Climbers? That should kick your butt more than just Mountain Climbers
Are you making your workouts every day for just 20 minutes? In Germany, Experts have the opinion, that you should do at least 30 minutes, because the body starts burning fat after 30 minutes and that yiou should do your exersices only every secound or third day because your body build muscles in the breaks between the workouts.
Do you think that every day for a shorter time is better then every secound day for a longer time?
You should be in some sort of action movie. Think about it.
